1. SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON
2. Fine Grained network access (ACL)
3. Character set of old and new DBs
4. NLS setting of old and new DBs
5. Context, DB Links and DB Jobs (When Export and Import)
6. FORMS_USERNAME_CASESENSITIVE
